Around 1998, I was told by a doctor that I would never have children and early menopause would be my fate. After doing the work myself and taking back my power to lose weight, have a painless monthly menstruation, balance my hormones and feel great in my clothes, I have been inspired to help other women to do the same for themselves.

My husband and I enjoy preparing healthy meals together with our daughter who was born in September of 2011 at a beautiful home water birth - guess that doctor was wrong, ha :-)
